Instructions for use and points for attention:

Pay attention to the rotating direction of oil pump at start-up. It should be cloclwise from the angle of motor end;

Open stop valve and put oil suction pipe into oil tank and oil container of oil adding system and then start motor;

Pay close attention to the hand on pressure gauge. The indicated pressure should not be higher than 0.4MPa.

(1)、当压力表指针值为0.4MPa或出油口无油或油量少，是由于滤油芯严重堵塞，油已从安全阀回流。此时，应把精滤油芯清洗，滤油芯是标准的纸质滤油器，购货方便，损坏时应及时更换。

（2)、如压力表振摆较大，油泵噪音严重，是由于吸油不畅形成的，此时应检查吸油管是否堵塞，截止阀是否打开，粗滤油器是否堵塞。

(1) When gauge hand is on 0.4MPa or no oil or very little oil can be seen at oil outlet, it means oil filtration cartridge is seriously blocked. Oil has flown back from relief valve. At this time, precision oil filtration cartridge should be cleaned. Oil filtration cartridge is standard paper oil filter, which is easy to buy and should be replaced in time in case of damage.

(2) If gauge hand shows big amplitude of swing and heavy noise from oil pump is heard, it is caused by unsmooth oil suction. Oil suction pipe should be checked to see whether it is blocked, whether stop valve is opened, and whether primary oil filter is blocked.
